We are a fast-growing produce wholesale company based in Surrey, BC, committed to providing fresh, high-quality produce to our customers. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a driven, bilingual (Mandarin & English) Sales Representative to help grow our client base and strengthen relationships with key partners.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts. You will:
- Generate & Convert Leads – Identify and engage potential customers in the foodservice, retail, and wholesale markets, turning prospects into loyal clients.
- Manage & Grow Accounts – Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to help their businesses thrive.
- Negotiate & Close Sales – Secure pricing agreements, finalize orders, and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
- Market & Industry Awareness – Stay informed on pricing trends, supply changes, and customer demands to anticipate market shifts.
- Collaborate & Problem Solve – Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any customer concerns.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is:
- Experienced in Sales – Ideally in produce, foodservice, retail, or hospitality (but we’ll train the right candidate).
- A Strong Communicator – Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese or other languages are a plus).
- Resilient & Goal-Oriented – Comfortable making cold calls, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Tech-Savvy – Able to use Google Sheets, Google Docs, Inventory/ Sales software and CRM tools effectively.
- Highly Organized – Skilled in time management and prioritization to handle multiple accounts.
